Maggie Kelly is an Integrative Life Coach as well as a Certified Meditation Instructor. She is a compassionate and intuitive sounding board and confidant who will provide the accountability and support to help you follow through to make the changes you have been wanting to make for a long time.
What sets Maggie apart from other life coaches is her approach. Maggie’s goal is to help you integrate body, mind and consciousness.We are a bit like a three-legged stool. When our bodies are out of alignment, our minds and spirits may feel out of sorts. Likewise, when we’re feeling isolated, lonely and as though we’re striving each day, it’s difficult to find the energy and motivation to move forward. If one of the legs of the stool is off, the other two must either compensate or fall.
